Community Heroes homeownership program
In partnership with Federal Home Loan Bank of Atlanta, the city of Charlotte has made a $30,000 down payment assistance program available to local first responders, public school employees, and frontline essential worker who purchase a home in Mecklenburg County. This program is called the Community Heroes Homeownership Program.
